  • As always I am bad about logging my exercise here. New plan lol log weekly totals. Maybe I'll be better at that.

    Week 1: 10/1-10/7 Worked out 3 hours for the week
    Week 2: 10/8-10/15 5 hrs and 16 minutes
    Week 3: 10/16-10/23 6 hrs and 16 minutes
    Week 4: 10/24- 10/31 3 hrs and 50 minutes

    1,118 minutes for the month. I’ll take it!
