  • Count me in! I kind of dropped out for a few weeks and have been maintaining, but I still have 15 pounds to go to get to goal so I want to get back on the wagon, so to speak, for a couple more months at least, until; I am officially in maintenance.

  • 'mornin. Just got back from my walk, 1.8 slow miles in 40 minutes. I am telling myself this - I WILL NOT GET DISCOURAGED BY MY SLOW PACE.

    May 4th - My goal is 10 pounds in May, starting out at 164

    I weigh on Thursdays b/c weighing everyday makes me crazy!!!!
    I wasn't too bad this weekend and am planning on adding time to my cardio workouts to reach this mini goal of mine which is to lose 5 lbs. in May
