Since I hauled my butt outta bed this AM, I want to make sure I stick with it and get back in the routine. Thanks to DH for hooking up my FM transmitter so I don't wake everyone up!

3 - 24 minutes treadmill (15 run)
4 - 40 min treadmill (walk)
5 - 30 min treadmill (20 run); 60 min heavy shoveling
6 - off
7 - off
8 - Off (but didn't mean to )
9- 45 min X-country skiing WOOT WOOT 30 min light shoveling
10 - 30 min TM (20 running)
11 - off
12 - 33 min TM (25 running - felt great!!)
13 - 30 min TM walking; 30+ shoveling
14 - 45 min XC skiing
15 - 30+ min shoveling (then too tired to go XC skiing!)
16 - 45 min XC skiing
17 - 45 min run/walk in snow
18 - off! (I lied....30 min heavy shoveling...again)
19 - off! (really)
20 - 30 minutes treadmill
21 - off
22 - 40 min (3.5 mi run + warm up/cool down)
23 - off
24 - 40 min bike
25 - off
26 - oops
27 - 30 min treadmill (20 running)
28 - 30 min treadmill walk
