Good Morning Chickadees,

We have a tropical storm sitting in the gulf this morning but it looks like Lake Charles will be on the back side of things right now, so it may not get too bad around here? keeping an eye out bec things change quickly with these storms.

I had a loooooooooong weekend! and that's all I'm saying at it! ;-)

This morning I drug myself out of bed at 5:30 and did my 2 mile walk with Leslie. I will be staying in during lunch today, bec I have an appt at the bank at 1:30 to turn in our loan package and get them rolling on refinancing our house.

Lots to do around here! Hope to hear from everybody! Hope everybody has a great day!

Good Morning Ladies,
I rolled out of bed and walked 3 miles this morning getting ready for the 10k Friday the 4th.along with about 3,000 other people!
It will be my 6th 10K and may not be by best time HOWEVER I will cross the finish line!

We have a jam packed week all the way thru Sat evening......I must not get ahead of myself...I will take one day at a time!

We had a good weekend and kayaked for a few hours last night..always relaxing!

wow! my intention was to get up with hub and start walking this morning, and I couldn't drag myself out of bed.. now it's too hot... you ladies are all putting me to shame!!

Hi Kids!

Nothing much new here SOSDD.
Just working and survivin. Atkins diet starts next monday for me...eeeegads! but like I said Hubby is doing it w/me so maybe that will help ?

I ate everything under the sun these past few days and boy do I feel icky... low carb really is no fun but its the best way to eat for me personally.

How's everyone's summer so far ?
