I'm going to join this thread. I keep a "grateful" journal on my computer and it helps me to keep that positive energy circulating in and around me. Beverlyjoy, you have been amazing at being consistent with sharing the things you are grateful for and I truly believe that energy will help you manifest your heart's desires! I'm trying to get to the point where I'm doing this daily as well....so here goes

- having such a wonderful sleep where I woke up smiling

- fixing a healthy breakfast for myself and my 2 beautiful daughters

- jogging 1.5 miles on the treadmill without stopping after 10 days of taking a jogging break

- for the changes that will soon be taking place in my life

- for my willingness to surrender to the ebb and flow of life
