I shot over my calorie goal by about 1000 yesterday, which honestly, is bad. It's the beginning of the semester though, so I want to socialize and catch up with everyone. Admittedly, I could make better choices, but I could have done way worse also, so I consider it okay. No gain is a win, right?
I'm getting a little anxious about not meeting my October goal at this point, but I'm glad I'm staying accountable anyways, I'll Keep going, and if I don't make it, I'll try again next month.
