Hi guys just bought an active link today. Was so excited because got it for a discounted price at our gym because we had that costumer appreciation day.
The lady explained some bits and pieces how to download and install the software. When I got home I did that, downloaded and installed the software. After installing it a screen popped up and asked me to log in to my WW account. I did but after that the page closes and the subscription paged did not pop up. So right now I havent subscribed to the AL yet and I wanted to start using it tommorow. So its not activated yet right? because I am not subscribed to AL yet right?

Hmmm - yeah. I'm not sure. I'd call Phillips/WW and get some assistance.

Finally I was able to subscribe to the AL. I called up thier help support. The simple problem was that I did not make my explorer as the default browser.

Question. So I have to not plug it in for 8 days while I am doing my assesment? How would I know my AP for the day? I sometime tend to use up all my DP and then it takes up my AP after I have used my DP. Can I just plug it in at the end of the day? Today is my first day wearing it and as to my understanding my assesment start tommorow.
