Wii Fit?

  • Does anybody use it much? I did some last night. It told me it had been 13 days since my last session. I used to use it daily a couple of years ago! I did the 30 minute run (walk) and it just felt like it would never end. It goes so much faster if I am watching a TV show or doing a Walk Away the Pounds DVD!

I like the Wii Zumba or Just Dance better than Wii Fit. If you have any of the Wii exercise games I'd like to hear opinions on them.
  • I like Exerbeat. It has some hip hop, latin dance,yoga/pilates and so on.I'd look it up on Amazon and Youtube and read the reviews and view some videos. There are likes and dislikes from people...like a dislike is the world.Once you finish something,it stops and you "travel" around the world...kinda boring.

I also like EA Sports Active,More Workouts. On occasion this one has made me mad.The controllers don't always count and the "trainer" will tell you to try again. It gets a bit frustrating.Over all though,I do like it.A lot of variety imo.

I don't use it much. The controller hinders my movement IMO. I like xbox much better.
  • I used Wii fit when I first started dieting. I thought it was ok, I liked how you can check your weight and bmi at the same time and the graph that they used. I pretty much just used it as another tool to change things up from walking and would like doing the yoga stretches and other things. I don't know if it really helped or not, theres probably better game systems out there thats more accurate than Wii Fit. Now I just use it to check my weight and bmi.
