Kale Chips in the Dehydrator

    They really tasted like popcorn.

    I used olive oil spray, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. I put them in tupperware and refrigerated overnight, they were still CRUNCHY this morning.
  • How long did you deyhydrate them for? I'm looking forward to trying them.
  • It was probably about 1 hour. I kept an eye on them. When it looked like the moisture was about gone, I called them done. I also dont have variable temp on my dehydrator either, its just on and off.
  • Thank You! I have a brand new dehydrator I got for Christmas 5 years ago it's never been out of the box. Kale is one of the perfect foods and I've been trying to find a way to eat it. This will get me started. Thanks again I appreciate it!

  • I do mine in the oven and they are soooooooooooo good.
  • How long in oven do you cook them and at what temperature? Do you use olive oil? It seems to me that using a half bake sheet would be easier to cook them and make clean up a snap.
