    3/28 Calories 1,943.32 ate out with friends and family, I forgot I was on a diet.

    3/29 Calories 999.37 I'm back on track I want to lose 2 pounds this week.

  • I'm gonna jump in here, hope you gals don't mind. Been staying on track with calorie counting since February 11th. I had my second cheat yesterday, and that was a bowl of Lucky Charms, the first being a French Vanilla Cappucino from Tim Hortons. (I'm in Canada). I'm thinking that maybe writing will help to keep me on track. I'm being pretty hard on myself, I do realize it's only a bowl of cereal but I'm pretty paranoid I'm going to fall off the wagon. lol.

    I'm trying to stick to 1350 calories a day. So far this week:
