It is hard to convince anyone to do this program unless they want to do it. My father in law is 6'1" and started at 374#. He started in June last year and is now in the 240's! He looks amazing along with is his wife who lost 60. You can see their pics under HERE. It does work!

The girls in the office had a birthday party for me this morning, we had lettuce and they bought salad spritzer. So cute!
