    1341 (over 141) We went to have dinner at my husband's boss' house.

    READY for November and some major progress!! Tomorrow I'm going to start running instead of walking. I'm not real fast, and at this time, can't run really long. I'm going to start at 10 minutes 5 times per week along with my 20 minutes of Pilates 5 times per week. Next week I'll up the running time. Have a good night everyone!

  • October is almost over and I can't say that it is a day too soon for me. I lost the most important person in the world to me this month. Am looking forward to healing this gut-wrenching pain and concentrating on staying on program for my weight loss. My dad was proud of me and I can't stop here. I might be a needy on-line friend this coming month as all the house guests of left and the reality of what the loss of my dad will be like.

    I also noticed do any bew friends and am looking forward to getting know everyone.
