19 weeks, 42 pounds

    I haven't checked in for about 2 months, and even though I don't post very often, 3FC is a great place to come.

    Anyway, today is my 19th week anniversary of starting to get healthy, and I have officially lost 42.4 lbs!

    It's a rainy day so I'm not going outside to do my usual kayaking and yard work that have helped me so much, and I thought I'd say hi and thanks to everybody here.
