  • Good morning everyone!

    Thanks Ms Perception for organizing everything! This is such a great idea.

    My SW this morning was 176.3, so I'm trying to make it to 170.3 by the end of the month. I've already logged what I'm going to eat today and packed my lunch. I am on track to stay well below 1600 calories today.
  • So, as for losing 15 lbs...
    As for today, I am 228 lbs putting my goal at 213 lbs by the end of the month.
  • I am in again. I am aiming for 5 pounds this month, bringing me under 200 lbs.

  • Alrighty, happy June everyone! The month has started out pretty well here. I'm COMPLETELY exhausted from gardening yesterday for 7-8 hours. I'm taking it very easy today until this afternoon when I go for a short run and then play softball tonight if the weather cooperates. They're saying we may get some storms here which would be okay so my plants would get watered nicely!
    I've had my vitamin, a healthy breakfast (homemade raisin bran muffins, apple and milk), and plenty of water. I'm still sore from yesterday, but that's understandable. I'm gonna pop an Aleve here in a sec and fold some laundry. Exciting stuff!
  • For this month I want to lose at least 3 pounds, I hope to be at 155 so I have to lose 5 pounds by the end of the month but I do not know if it is possible because I will be traveling for 2 weeks and I’m not sure how well or how bad I may behave.
  • How on earth did this happen?
    After months of doing really well and keeping the weight off, I don't know what has happened over the last two months but I stepped on the scale this morning and YIKES!!! (OK, I do know what happened over the long weekend, but sheesh.)
    So, I am back in for June. I have been gone for awhile so know who is still around from when I was more active, but I look forward to getting to know you and will be happy to cheer you along for the next month.

    My goal for this month is 7 pounds. Tough for me as it matches my largest single month drop but I need to get motivated and get moving!!!

    My goals:
    - Get out of the 130's! Finally! (I think it's pretty reasonable this time.)
    - Try one new, healthy recipe every week.
    - Keep drinking at least 64 oz of water every day

  • My Goal for June is to lose Weight. I have been gaining. My SW: 244.6 and my GW: 229. It's alot but I have been off plan 4 month's so hoping to have a big weight loss this month. Good Luck Everyone! Half the year is gone. I gained 15 LBS from my lowest weight of 229. I will keep trying.
