I like Seattle's Best Coffee. I make my coffee strong and then dilute with a lot of milk. I used to have a tsp of sugar and now I use 1/4 tsp of splenda. I like the flavored creamers, but rarely use them.

I really wish I could enjoy black coffee though. Since I have to have so much milk it makes it hard to have coffee in restaurants or on a plane because I would have to add a ton of creamer to make it taste right.

This is my kind of thread.
My husband says i am not a a real coffee lover because i like flavored coffee and i add a bunch of stuff to it, whereas he drinks it strong and black.
But, everyone likes different things, so whatever.
I am hooked on creme brulee flavored coffee, i always buy the folgers brand because that is the only one i can find in the stores.
I add the new splenda with fiber, i think it tastes different that other splenda.
And i add fat free half n half.

It is so creamy and yummy and delicious.
I turn coffee into a treat.
Sometimes i drink it all day.
Sometimes i make a pot in the evening.
Sometimes i make a pot to use to keep me from eating.

15 calories a cup, plus a gram of fiber.

We always use Maxwell House in our regular coffee maker, and use both Lavassa and Medajlio d' Oro in our expresso maker.

I take my coffee with skim or unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a packet of Splenda. I also like to sprinkle cinnamon over the grounds before I brew it, and sometimes have a splash of flavored SF DaVinci syrup in it instead of the Splenda.

I am a coffee snob - it has to be organic (I can actually tell and get headaches from non organic coffee), free trade and very dark. I take it black and will pass before drinking flavored coffee I will, however, occasionally drink a fat free latte with sf syrup as a treat. Of course the espresso has to be organic...

I got a keurig single-cup coffee maker for the holdays and i am OBSESSED. the K-cups come in a ton of different brands and varieties... I'm still working through a big variety pack, and so far my faves are Tully's Kona Blend and Newman's Own organic. The cost works out to about .30-.50 a cup... not cost-effective if you are used to brewing at home, but it's saving me a TON of money not having to pick up coffee on my way to work! you can also use it for tea and hot chocolate... not sure if they make a SF hot chocolate, but I am on the search...

How are you liking the truvia? I am looking for an alternative to sugar in my coffee and am considering trying this before trying Splenda.

I got samples of Truvia in the mail this week. I drink Splenda in my tea (not a coffee drinker) every day. Truvia tastes good -- no after taste to me. It's not quite as sweet as Splenda.

Is Truvia the same thing as Stevia? I know Stevia was just approved by the FDA on Dec 29th and a LOT of products will now be coming out with Stevia in it since many people are looking to get rid of chemically based sweetners. I love my Stevia but saw Truvia in the store and I am not familiar with it.

Truvia is made from a leaf. I think it's the same as Stevia.

Truvia is stevia. I just picked it up and read at the grocery store yesterday.
Stevia is good, sweeter than a lot of artificial sweeteners.

The truvia is stevia, that's correct. I got a box of 40 for $3.49 + 55 cent off coupon so I thought I'd give it a shot. It is very strong!! I only need one packet for a cup of coffee. If someone would have told me it's sugar, I would believe it! It doesn't have that splenda aftertaste. I'd recommend giving it a shot.

BTW - the only bad thing is that I've ONLY seen it in packets at the grocery store and other stevia based sweeteners at health food stores.. so it's not like you can bake with it
