The first two smaller parts are for carbs and protein and the bigger part is for the vegetables.

^yep they are really strong plastic plates. I believe Dasie's makes them. I remember as a kid I had them and they were practically unbreakable.

I put them in the dishwasher once and they were fine but I wouldn't recommend it lol.
