Default These plates are great for eating healthy



The first two smaller parts are for carbs and protein and the bigger part is for the vegetables.

I'm buying some today at the grocer to go along with my slimfast plan

Are those plastic so you can clean them and re-use them? Seems like a great idea!!!

^yep they are really strong plastic plates. I believe Dasie's makes them. I remember as a kid I had them and they were practically unbreakable.

I put them in the dishwasher once and they were fine but I wouldn't recommend it lol.
