I've been yo-yoing the same 4 lbs. Yesterday I was 199 today 203 (I know it's impossible) but everyday I'm inbetween those numbers. it's no where near my goal. I think you can put me down for 2 lbs UP .
I lost one pound...had a great weigh-in at the beginning of the month, so...
Cottage (and everyone else who maintained), don't feel bad. The Lean Plate Club's Holiday Challenge is to stay the same over the holidays. To NOT gain--that's pretty awesome, in spite of all the temptations!
