    (Just checked my Fitday and I actually lost 1.5! Who knew?)
  • I gained 1 pound.
  • I lost two. It's something, right?

  • I'm down 8.4 of the 10 I hoped for.
  • 4 for me.
  • If I use yesterday's weight, I'm down 5.5, if I use today's weight, it's 6. Let's say 5.5 and I'll use that extra half pound for December.
  • Goal was 5 and I'm down 6. Finally!

  • I maintained. It seems that's going to be what I aim for, for December, too.
  • I've been yo-yoing the same 4 lbs. Yesterday I was 199 today 203 (I know it's impossible) but everyday I'm inbetween those numbers. it's no where near my goal. I think you can put me down for 2 lbs UP .

    Dec goal be under 197 for good. No more yo-yo

    I lost one pound...had a great weigh-in at the beginning of the month, so...

    Cottage (and everyone else who maintained), don't feel bad. The Lean Plate Club's Holiday Challenge is to stay the same over the holidays. To NOT gain--that's pretty awesome, in spite of all the temptations!
