B: 1c yogurt, 1T almonds, 1T flaxseed, 1T wheat germ, 2/3c strawberries, ½c cereal
L: 1½c celery, ½c salsa, 1½c tofu chili
D: Malaysian food
I've been on here all morning and didn't even think of starting one.
B: Americano, english muffin, yogurt w/ granola
S: Soyjoy bar
L: WW turkey and avocado sandwich, 1 oz chips
S: Fiber One bar or 1 oz chips
D: Probably something quick like a bowl of cereal or something like that
E: 1 hr pilates, 30 min yoga
