Morning all. I'm feeling a little bit nuts today. I realize that I have a ton of mini-goals all along the way. I wonder if other folks do this too. I thought I'd share and let you guys know just how crazy weight loss makes me.
224.5 - my highest weight ever
204.5 - down 20 from highest ever (maybe by this weekend!)
202.5 - down 20 on this try
198.5 - my lowest in quite a qwhile (a year and a half ago)
186 - how much I weighed when I got married 2 years ago
170 - my lowest since my first year in college (first time I did atkins it was magic!)
160 - actual goal
150 - stretch goal
Am I alone in my goal madness?
