Hello Everyone. My name is Nicole. I am finishing day 9 of phase 1 of fat smash and am happy with my results so far. I can tell the difference in my clothes. Of course i cant stay off tht scale so i do know that i have lost 10 lbs so far. My husband and I are doing this together so we are a good support system for each other. Day 4 was the hardest for us but we made it so I am looking forward to continuing on as I have a lot of weight to lose. Any good phase 2 recipes would be great. I have tried several recipes from the recipe thread and i must say that the fried rice and sweet potato fries are great. Hope to get to know you all better.
