I have found with the duty costs it doesn't depend really on which company it comes from. Sometimes I paid duty on orders from Nashua, other times not. I think it just depends on who is putting it...

Not sure about "back home" in the east but in Alberta Safeway is the only place I can find it. When I lived in Nova Scotia there were no Safeways there though.Probably still aren't any.
