Oh -- and if you want to lessen the LOOK of a double chin, etc... Wear more v-necks and open tops to lengthen the appearance of your neck.

I never ever ever ever wear turtlenecks....

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce... If you keep losing weight it WILL go down... mine has for SURE... but my double chin is still very much alive and well --...
