Well, it's been another week and I've been able to control my binging and have not had anything with sugar added. So I think the vitamins really do help me control my overeating. So there is hope...

It hasn't been long enough to be sure, but I think on days I take all my vitamins and supplements I don't get the urge to binge on carbs. I take about 10-15 pills a day. For a while I wan not...
