I am now on day 3, no side effects so far. Not taking them at breakfast as not enough fat content to warrant it. Will see what happens when I weigh in on Monday.

Due to me having had 2 strokes within the space of a week I have been prescribed xenical to try and reduce my weight a bit quicker than at present. I lost 2.5 stone without it. I'm not starting it...
