Caffeeeeeeine

Confession time! I have never even tried to mellow out on the coffee. I drink at least 2-3 cups of regular coffee every morning and have throughout my entire program. I have lost almost 60 pounds...

Gaining after signing the board

Hi Mary V!
I did the same thing right after signing the 30 lb. board--gained 2 lbs or so by the next weigh-in. I think it was Thanksgiving or something, so I definitely had indulged a little! BUT...

I go to the Beaverton center as well. I'm on the east side, so I'm anxiously awaiting the opening of a closer location--it's a bit of a drive for me!
