I have only been on phase 2 for about 3 days...

I have only been on phase 2 for about 3 days now...and I ate fried catfish and dressing and hushpuppies, and a 1/2 slice real cocconut pie :eek:

Is it normal to eat a non SBD meal and it cause 3 pounds to come back in one day???? Well that is what happened to me...I dont understand it, I have no excuse for my actions but had no idea it would...
