My goals for March are 1. Lose 9lbs 2....

My goals for March are

1. Lose 9lbs
2. Exercise 50 minutes a day, 3 times a week
3. Limit sweets and junk food (my downfall) including diet sodas, baby steps
4. Keep under 1550 Calories a day.
