SOO my day changed a bit, after work I am going for a walk around the lake because it is such a beautiful day! It is about 6km around the lake - it is a lovely walk/hike whatever you want to call...

So here I am thinking about what I am doing to have tomorrow and I remember I have some whole wheat pasta. So I look at it... 310 calories for 1/4 of a cup! THAT IS LIKE 5 NOODLES??? WTF? No...
