So no tuna salad yesterday and cut back the gherkins. 2 LBS LOSS! Back on track.9 LBS in 6 days. All of the sudden my pants waist band fits!

I am sure it has been asked, but, what about pickles in phase 1? I am 54 , male, was 226 wednesday and I am not a fan of veggies. I was eating 6-8 celery stalks, some lettuce and a few hot peppers....
