Hmmmm. I don't really mind, I liked this challenge cos I've lost 9 pounds but I didn't try harder because it was a "challenge". It is good to break the amount up though, I've still got 9kg or 21...

I'm down 2 pounds-yay! I'm averaging at a pound a week which is boring but sensible. At this rate it'll take a total of 9 months to get it all off which is fair cos it took me that time to put it on....
