thanks! I had a little wine the other night so retaining 2 pounds of water, but other than that not doing so badly. still 165 and really need to be 155 by February. I can do it! Good luck to you...

So far doing pretty well...hoped to be down more than the 7/8 pounds I'm down, but that hope was not super realistic. Step class tonight! I've grown very fond of this class ;) been hitting the gym...
