I see you are 5'3" tall and started at 190. I started at 189. Now I'm 179 and am shooting for 130 by February 2013.

I'm getting married on 12/12/12!!

My goal is to go from 189 to 150 for the wedding and then down to 130 by February 2013.

That's 17 weeks on the program. The MRC Staff said that if I follow their plan I WILL make it!
