It really is. I work in Federal Way, live and grew up in Des Moines... so not far.

We should have a Washington get together next Summer when we are are svelte. =)

I love my meats, too, but force myself to do 3 cups of salad/veggies a day. I DO eat cheese/cream cheese, though.

But, I miss french fries.... and had to smell...

Aren't we supposed to count 1 carb for each ounce of cheese? Hmmm....I need to go check my book.

I have noticed that my carb count is really low, too, but I do count my cheese and...
