I have myself on a timed food schedule starting...

I have myself on a timed food schedule starting at 8:00am with cereal, milk, and fruit. Lunch at 11:00am. A protein shake/snack depending on what my workout schedule is for the day around 2:00pm....

Cool Extreme Hunger in the Morning

Since I put myself on a food schedule, I wake up ravenous every morning. This hunger has pushed my exercise schedule back an hour at least every day since.

Anyone else notice something like this...
