I went off track last night. Had licorice, chips...

I went off track last night. Had licorice, chips and a cookie. Not feeling very good about my choices today. And lamenting the fact I keep doing this to myself and not staying focused.

Well I lost 1.6 pounds overnight :). Bringing me to 166.8. Which isn't quite where it was Saturday morning but is far and away better than the number that jumped off the scale...
