Default Few Phase I questions

First of all, I'm new here. Hi..!

I'm just starting the SBD and I've been doing all my research on the internet. Is it certain that milk and yogurt are okay throughout phase I? I've read conflicting information about whether or not they're allowed and how much. =/ I was also wondering how much peanut butter and nuts are allowed, and are they considered the same thing? What about seeds, like pumpkin, sesame, sunflower...? So many questions!

Thanks!

Hey Sugar!

check out the link above entitled Emergency handbook for phase 1-I think that when Dr A revised his book he allowed in yogurt and milk. Nuts and PB fall in the same category so you'd want only 1 serving of them a day.

good luck!
