I'm just starting the SBD and I've been doing all my research on the internet. Is it certain that milk and yogurt are okay throughout phase I? I've read conflicting information about whether or not they're allowed and how much. =/ I was also wondering how much peanut butter and nuts are allowed, and are they considered the same thing? What about seeds, like pumpkin, sesame, sunflower...? So many questions!
