Default Cereal

I really like the cereal (whole grain crunch.) Though I usually eat some pre-cooked turkey bacon and/or some veggies when I have it, so I don't know how filling it is on it's own.
I try to keep my breakfast Phase 1 friendly, but I like the cereal when I'm rushed for time.

At the grocery stores here they also have the snack like bars. I personally like the peanut butter ones. But be careful if you are sensitive to the sugar alcohols (same goes for the oatmeal & choc chip cookies). As for the frozen dinners, the Savory pork and green beans have been my fav. The chicken with green beans hasn't been all that popular to my tastebuds as that the chicken gets rubbery in the microwave. They also changed the pizza crust a little, which in my opinion, has made them a little more bearable.

Overall, I think they are great to have in a snap and I'm glad that we have an option, unlike Atkins had had.
