Smile What oil to substitute Veg Oil For?

Ok I know we are not supose to use Veg oil so what do you use in its place? I am making a stirfry tonight and want to stay on program. Thanks

If I can't use olive oil because I will be cooking at too high of a heat then I use canola oil. Stir Fry sounds yummy!

SKherb, I answered your question in the main forum. You can use vegetable oil, just stay away from coconut oil and others that have trans fats. Canola and olive oil are all good. Peanut is listed as "good" in the GFGCG, and it's the best for stir fry as it does not smoke. Good luck!
