You can have a V8 but it is not a substitute for the 4.5 cups of vegetables required by the plan. You need the fiber and nutrients in whole veggies.
Perhaps another plan like Calorie Counting would be better for you if you really can't hack veggies as they are a huge part of this diet.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
