Default Chili Lime Cilantro Rice

This is so simple and turned out to be very delicious!

Cook 1 cup rice (white or brown) according to directions, adding 1 chicken bullion cube and a good sprinkle of chili powder. When done, add a good splash of lime juice and 1 or 2 tbsp. of finely chopped fresh cilantro. Mix and serve.

I served this on a plate w/ grilled tilapia placed on top. I had grilled the fish using Mrs. Dash's Chili Lime seasoning and a touch of salt.

Saw this post last week and finally made the rice tonight, it was fabulous! I forgot the chili powder though, but it was still great and I served it with tilapia as well
