Default PCOS Exercise Minutes (Sept 2010)

Ok, I'm envious other groups have a pile o' minutes place.

So we have one too.

List your minutes exercised today. Any speed or activity -- just track the minutes you covered. Then come update the group total.

I'll start the example. ( See the 30's Aug thread here for more example of how it is done.)

ME: 0 minutes.
NEW GROUP TOTAL: 0 minutes.

Let's fill it up!

Argh. Didn't do well but I still wanna... get physical! (Funny! I hadn't heard it in years and to watch was fun!)

Right now everyone is still preparing for Sept. So the group total is at 0 minutes. That's ok -- it's just Sept 1.

My Minutes today = 70

I did 25 minutes of weights and walked 45 min at soccer practice.

New Group Total Minutes = so since I am starting this...70 min!!
