Side question :
How much weight did you lose after your first week on WS?
If you are asking this to gauge it against yourself, then you must know the first weight people lose is generally water way and everybody's water retention and fat retention is different so you can't estimate at all what you will lose by referencing what someone else did. The most you can do is set a REALISTIC weight loss goal and continuously try to hit it... well don't try... DO.
