I found the flex plan to be the one that works best for me so I'm starting again. Although there is currently no app for tracking food/weight loss, I have created a great excel spreadsheet that works very well. If anyone would like to have a copy, I'd be willing to share.
I 2 have gone back to the Flex plan!!! i have lost 50 lbs on it in the past .... i also have lost weight on Points plus but need the structure but freedom to eat which is flex/Momentum well good luck Ladies!!!
Hi there, I’m new to this site and I’m so encouraged by what I’ve seen in just a quick perusal.
I am lifetime with WW but after five years of maintaining I’ve blown it (again) and packed on 25 big ones, ugh!
So, back to WW but my motivation is looooow. I need a kick in the derrière, I guess!
Hi! I rejoined WW on 11/15/2017. I love the new FreeStyle plan! I have lost 16.4 pounds since that time... and a major week long binge during that time. I went to a meeting on 12/27, didn't weigh in, got myself back on track and lost since the last weigh in.
My why: Six months from today:
July 5 - I will be at goal - loving my favorite time of year - SUMMER! I will be able to wear all those dresses that are now tucked away in storage boxes - they haven't seen the light of day or felt the summer sun since 2013.
I am going to greet them all with the biggest smile on my face and wear them in comfort and ecstasy, hopefully on a cruise or at a resort!
