Default Crepes

This recipe was partially taken from another on a different website. However, I can't remember which one it is.

Yields 1 Crepe (3.6 grams)

1 large egg (.6 grams)
1 TBS. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 TBS. Vanilla (2 grams)
1 TBS Oil (I used Olive Oil)
1 package Splenda (1 gram)

-Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
-Heat a bit of butter at medium heat in a nonstick pan
-Pour in mix and cook like a thin pancake

-You can fill the center with anything you wish. Ham, Egg, Cheese, Sausage etc.. Get Creative!
-Roll it up like a burrito and enjoy.

For added flavor I like to sprinkle cheese or a bit of Atkins Syrup on top.. DELISH!!
