Mini-GoalsEven if you're not at goal yet, this is the place to share your successes and achievements along the way! Success can be measured in many ways besides the scales. Tell us about your triumphs, including Non Scale Victories
I checked the size on the pair of pants 3 times and then tried on other size 8s thinking that the piece of clothing I had must have been running big. NOPE. I'm just so excited.
She has made me so proud with her determination and I love the look in her eyes each time she reaches another goal or accomplishes another milestone.
I love you, I always have and I always will.
....just go easy on picking on my eating habits...They've taken me many years to perfect and I'm quite happy with them for me... (though I will admit the Swiss Oats are something for me to add to my mornings)
Libby, that is so great. I know I will burst into tears the day I get into a size eight (for the first time ever) but I'm going to do it. Thanks for sharing your success, it's inspirational to those of us who are dreaming of that day : )
Are you saving the size tags? Once I got into 8's, I started taping each smaller size on my bathroom mirror. OK, that's weird, but it made me feel good about myself
You're doing a great job! And sounds like hubby is real proud of you, too!

Mel
I never thought to save the tags. What a great idea. I should keep them in my weight loss scrapbook.
Yes, my husband has been wonderful. My major support in my support system. But Mel, you also have helped me. You were the one who told me about strength training and the wonderful things it can do for your body and well being. Sure I've lost 50 lbs, but I've also lost 41 inches and that is due in large part to strength training along with my cardio. So thank you Mel. You deserve some kudos in my success!
