I'm a calorie counter, and I watch my fat intake ( like to keep it below 25%). The only exercise I get is walking due to a med. condition, so I set my calories a bit lower than some one who works out regularly, 1200 a day and I rarely get hungry on that. But it has taken 11 weeks (yesterday) to loose this first 20. Some weeks it was 2lbs, several weeks in a row with no loss.
OH! and i forgot that I added $30 to my pay pal account last week, so I get to treat me after all
I'm an avid crocheter and design alot of my own stuff, and sadly i'm also a pattern junkie, so I like to keep a little cash in my paypal for when i find that "I MUST have this pattern or I'll die right now!" pattern, I have funds to pay for it. Yipeee, I"m off to Ebay!
