I am so happy. I finally broke the 190's. I lost 2.8 pounds this week to bring me to 187.7 (but I am rounding down...hee hee). This means I am one pound away from being the lowest I can remember. I also set a goal to lose 5 pounds from the 1st of May to my birthday, May 29th, so I am getting close to that, AND I am almost down 30 pounds....2 pounds to go. All around a good day. I looked at my ticker and I only have 37 pounds to go to get to 150, and that is a LOW number for me. I've never seen the number that low. 37 pounds is nothing. I can do this. I caught myself in the mirror today and I was like, damn, I look hot! I feel better, I look better, I am committed, I am healthy and happier than I've been in a long time. No one will ever be able to take this away from me and I am so proud of myself. I KNOW we can all do this. Thanks so much for the support. I hope next week is as successful as this one. Congratulations, that is fantastic. I remember being ecstatic too when I hit the 180's and it was almost 50 lbs. from where I started . Great Job, I bet you look great.

I feel the same way. When I hit the 180's I was able to start seeing the weightloss in the mirror. And all I could do was scream. I am so happy for you. I'll see you in the 150's sooner than we think! Once again Congrats on the weightloss so far.

Congrats!!!! I cant wait to get to the 180's. My goal is 175 right now...Im 5'9" but if I am not happy with that when I get there...I'll probably make a new goal. But anyway...Im happy for you. Keep up the great work and love your attitude.
