Default First goal
So far I am down 6ish kilos, my first goal is to get lose another 4 kilos to make it a total of 10 kilos. I am hoping I can do this sometime by the end of the year. I am trying to lose 1 kilo a month. :-) my goal for August is 89 kilos.
