Since June 4th, 2013 I have lost 90lbs.
I went from 260lbs to 170lbs.
I don't have many before pictures due to being ashamed of
being so overweight but I did manage to find a couple of them.
I circled myself in red in each of them. I hope this inspires others
to lose weight the way I did with healthy exercise and eating right.

Long Term Goal
1st Goal: Get to 200lbs
2nd Goal: Get to 170lbs.
3rd Goal: Get to goal weight of 140lbs.
